How we work
We are offering initial consultations by phone, planning meetings by Microsoft Teams or Zoom, or in-office, and will signings in-office or curbside at the office. The attorney can make house or office calls to meet our clients with mobility impairments.
With advance preparation, we can block the morning or afternoon and do the entire estate plan in one appointment, but most clients prefer to meet first for a planning meeting, some like a mid-point review meeting to answer questions about the draft documents, and then a meeting to sign documents.
The initial phone consultation is limited to getting to know more about each other to determine if we will be a good match for the work you need. All other appointments are part of flat fee services that assessed in the planning meeting.
Meet Lindsey Drake
I am an Austin native and alumnus of Austin College, B.A. in Psychology, and St. Mary's University School of Law.
I was busy in college and law school, a member of St. Mary's Law Journal, the Civil Justice Clinic, and my favorite from college: the Aussie dance team. Click here for my full resume on LinkedIn.
Now, I chauffeur my daughter to her activities, cheer her on at volleyball, and I love going dancing. I periodically have the opportunity to sing in various choirs and small ensembles.
My daughter and I enjoy living in South Austin near family with our dogs and cats.
