ABOUT LINDSEY DRAKE
Lindsey S. Drake is an estates, probate, and Medicaid attorney in Austin, TX and owner of Drake Law PLLC. She is also Of Counsel with Brough & Resendez, PLLC and an adjunct professor for University of Texas School of Law teaching Elder Law.
Lindsey is an award-winning attorney, a speaker at legal conferences, and a published author.
Lindsey is an active volunteer for a number of legal community initiatives including the Austin Bar Veteran’s Clinic, the CAN-LAW clinic, and the UT Law School’s Supported Decision Maker Agreement clinic. She is most proud of her time spent mentoring new attorneys across the state in both business development of a solo law practice and practice area specific questions. Lindsey started her solo practice shortly after licensing in 2010. The flexibility of business ownership has been critical to her success in balancing life and work.
