Drake Law, PLLC

Lindsey Drake

I am an Austin native and alumnus of Austin College, B.A. in Psychology, and St. Mary's University School of Law.

I was busy in college and law school, a member of St. Mary's Law Journal, the Civil Justice Clinic, and my favorite from college: the Aussie dance team. Click here for my full resume on LinkedIn.

Now, I sing in a small ensemble and I love going dancing. Singing in front of an audience has improved my confidence speaking in public because singing is far scarier.

My daughter and I enjoy living in the Zilker area near family with her dog and our cats.

Associations & Memberships

National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys is an association dedicated to the support and education of lawyers and the public on the variety of issues facing the aging and disabled.

The consultation is the time for you and for us to determine if we will be successful working together, and all are welcome.

We may not take on a client because of a conflict or because we will not be able to give a potential client the attention needed, but we welcome diversity and love working with LGBTQ clients.

We are committed to helping clients in need. As a proud provider attorney for Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas, Lindsey Drake has earned membership in the Pro Bono College and recognition of her care commitment.
